Who We Are
The Alloyd Group is committed to fostering a culture where integrity is woven into the fabric of everything we do.
Code of Conduct
The Alloyd Group Code of Conduct is the framework that explains the behaviour the Alloyd Group expects of every employee and stakeholder around the world. It is based on the Alloyd Group’s business principles: responsibility, respect and determination.
The Alloyd Group employees and stakeholders apply these business principles to their work and actions on a daily basis. Our principles are about providing our customers affordable products and services without compromising on quality or reliability. But they are also about doing the right thing more generally – following the law, acting honourably and treating each other with respect.
The Alloyd Group Code of Conduct provides a framework for employees and stakeholders to put business principles into practice with utmost integrity. It is the foundation so that everything we do in connection to our work at the Alloyd Group should be, and will be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethics and integrity.
From strict compliance with the letter of the law driven by top-down communications, we are now evolving toward a business driven model supported by individual accountability and personal ownership of our business principles.

Making the Alloyd Group a safer place to work
The safety and good health of our employees and contractors are a top priority for the Alloyd Group. We have a duty of care and know that our ability to carry out business successfully depends on robust health and safety performance.
Our ultimate goal is to achieve zero incidents. Given the diversity of our operations, across many locations, this represents a significant challenge: processes and best practices are in place to continuously improve our performance in Health and Safety, and enhancing the safety and security of our employees and contractors is of our Sustainability Objectives for 2019-2021.
Our policy aims for excellence through Group-led programs and business-specific initiatives. As part of these efforts, we are increasing and deepening training, increasing the monitoring of work conditions at customer sites and strengthening business responsibility and accountability for our performance, At the same time, we press ahead with the long-term development and continuous improvement of our existing programs.
We aim to ensure safe work environments and create a culture of health and safety within the company that supports an optimal business performance.
